Dooneen Community Education Centre is a 21st Century Millennium Hall, officially opened on 6th December 2000.
The centre is based in the townland of Dooneen and built on the site of the former Dooneen School.
Dooneen Community Education Centre provides educational; social; recreational; cultural and environmental activities ranging from history talks to yoga which take place during the day and evenings.
The building comprises a spacious main hall; IT suite; exhibition room/classroom; office space and kitchen facilities all with disabled access.
